Jackson County Sheriff's Office Investigation leads to multiple drug busts.

Sheriff Donnie Edenfield and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department held a press conference on Friday, June 23, announcing one of the largest drug bust in Jackson County history. Through joint efforts in an investigation known as Operation Agua Azul, JCSO worked with numerous other law enforcement agencies to bring forth success in the investigation before announcing any details to the public. Edenfield made it clear that it is the mission of law enforcement from across the state to fight drug trafficking at the distribution level.
